Our Bedrooms

It is difficult to convey in a photo the size of the bedrooms, but they all have high ceilings,are bright and airy, comfortably furnished and are individually decorated. All have private en-suite facilities, "Pure Lakes" toileteries, thermastatically controlled heating, Freeview colour digital TV, complementary Fairtrade hot drinks and biscuits, radio/CD players, bathrobes and hairdryers. An iron and ironing board are available, and a travel cot can also be provided. All are flexible in their accommodation, with space for extra beds or converting a twin to a double etc. If you are looking to book and not sure which will suit you best, do not hesitate to contact us with your requirements and we will gladly advise.

Accommodation is arranged as:

	Room 1-Beauly. Lovely, bright,sunny south facing family room - decorated in yellow and white. Full ensuite with bath, shower over, wc, whb and heated towel rail. The room has a double bed and full size bunks, plus there is still room for an extra small bed or cot, both of which can be supplied. This room is large and its use flexible - its lovely as a double and still roomy with 5 in! The TV in this room has intergral DVD player and ipod dock
Room 2 - Cromarty. - Mainly neutral in decor,with a striking feature wall. Again light, bright south facing with standard 4`6" double bed. Compact en-suite shower room with large shower cubicle, wc and wash-hand basin. This room may also be available for single occupancy
	Room 3 - Moray. Oppulent green and gold decor and the most stunning view in the house! Huge room with king size metal four poster bed, seating in the bay to enjoy the view from and full en-suite bathroom - bath with shower over, wc, heated towel rail and wash hand basin. Can also be used as a family room, as there is space for up to 2 extra single beds. TV also has intergral DVD & ipod dock
Room 4 - Solway. Lovely seaside shades of blue and white decorate this east facing room, which catches the morning sun and has views over the bay towards Creetown. Usually arranged as a twin bedded room, but can be made up as a superking for a stay of 2+ nights. Full en-suite bathroom as room 3. Single occupancy possible
	Room 5 - Dornoch. Newly decorated in greens and creams, westerly facing twin bedded room, which again can be made up as a superking for 2+ nights. En-suite shower with dressing area and wc and wash-hand basin. Room for a third single bed, making it suitable for a family. Catches the evening sun, looking out over Maidland Place
Room 6 - Lorne. South facing large room with kingsize bed and off white decor. The ensuite shower room has a big shower cubicle with a pull down seat and hand rail, wc and whb with lever taps. This room is on the ground floor with a view out over the garden
