Lovely bright south facing room decorated in delicate yellow and white. There is a double bed and full size bunks, with room for another small bed or cot so this room is very flexible in its use. We call it our family room, but its a roomy double too. There is a digital LCD TV with DVD player and ipod dock.

Full ensuite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, basin, heated towel rail, plenty of space for bits and bobs.

Newly decorated for 2010 - in mainly neutral tones, but with a striking feature wall behind the bed. South facing room with large window to afford a great view, with a standard 4`6" double bed, seating area and digital LCD TV.

Lovely seaside shades of blue and white decorate this east facing room, which catches the morning sun and has views over the bay towards Creetown. Usually arranged as a twin bedded room, but can be made up as a superking for a stay of 2+ nights.

Full en-suite bathroom with bath /shower over, basin, WC, wall heater, and plenty of storage.

Freshly decorated in greens and creams, westerly facing twin bedded room, which again can be made up as a superking for 2+ nights. Plenty of room for a third single bed, making it suitable for a family. Catches the evening sun, looking out over Maidland Place.

South facing large room with kingsize bed and off white decor. This room is on the ground floor with a view out over the garden.

The ensuite shower room has a big shower cubicle with a pull down seat and hand rail, wc and basin with lever taps, so is suitable for those perhaps a little less dexterous.

Oppulent green and gold decor and the most stunning view in the house! Our star room with king size metal four poster bed, a lovely seating in the large bay to sit, relax and enjoy the panaramic view from. Digital LCD TV with DVD player and ipod dock. There is also plenty of room for 1 or 2 single beds, thus making it suitable for a family.
